Permian Fish Fossil Paramblypterus sp and Amblypterus sp

This fossil fish plate is from the Niederkirchen formation near Odernheim Germany.  The age is Permian.  The collecting locality for this specimen is now closed meaning there will be fewer of these fish on the market.  The Paramblypterus fish measures approximately 8.5" long and appears to have been added to the piece as it sits slightly above the other.  The Amblypterus measures 6.25" long.  Several fins are restored.  Matrix measures a little over 14" x 10.5".  Acrylic stand included.  See close up picture for details.
