Cephalopod Kit
This kit contains examples of early Cephalopods. Three authentic cephalopod fossils are included in the kit. Fossils include a belemnite, nautilus, and ammonite. The fossils have been placed in an artificial matrix of plaster and sand. The kit contains an informational booklet and a wooden dowel that can be used to expose the trilobite. Kits are individually hand made and will vary slightly in size but generally measure approximately 4.5" L x 3.5" W x 1.5" thick. Photo shown is a representative sample of the fossils in the kits. Since these are real fossils each will vary slightly. Example shown is of fossils after being exposed, the kit will not have any visible fossils. Recommended for ages 6 and up with adult supervision.
